Privacy Policy

We run a small electrical contracting business, not an advertising company. We collect a limited amount of anonymous usage data so we know which pages are useful, and we collect the details you choose to give us when you request an appointment or call us. We do not sell your information.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand how people move through the site, such as which pages are viewed, how far down a page people read, which buttons get clicked, and which frequently asked questions get opened. This tells us what to write next and what to fix.

This measurement uses cookies and similar browser storage. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. We do not record the text you type into forms or the chat box as part of analytics. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

The site includes a chat assistant. When you send it a message, that message and the recent messages in the same conversation are sent to Anthropic (the company behind Claude) so a reply can be generated. Those replies are drawn from the content published on this website.

We do not store chat transcripts. Conversations are not saved to a database and disappear when you close or reload the page. Please do not put sensitive personal information into the chat. If you need to share details, call us or use the appointment form.

Our online appointment request form is provided by Jobber, the field-service software we use to run the business. When you submit that form, the details you enter go to Jobber and into our account there, and are handled under Jobber's terms and privacy practices as well as this policy. We use what you send to contact you about the work you asked about.

When you call, text, or email us, we keep the contact details and job notes we need to quote, schedule, perform, and invoice the work, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that come with licensed electrical work.

We share information only with the service providers that make the business run (our scheduling and invoicing software, our AI chat provider, and our website analytics provider) and with anyone we're legally required to share it with. We do not sell personal information.

This website is intended for adults arranging electrical work and is not directed at children.

If we add a tool or change how the site works, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
