Commercial electrical for businesses of all sizes
Most of our commercial work comes through a general contractor rather than the business owner, so we're used to working to somebody else's schedule and somebody else's inspection dates. We also take direct calls from owners who just need something fixed, upgraded, or looked at before it becomes a problem.
What we do
Tenant improvements and build-outs. New walls mean new circuits, a new lighting layout and new load on the panel. We do the rough-in and the finish, and we work to the contractor's schedule.
Service and panel upgrades. Adding equipment means adding load. If the existing service can't carry it, that's a service change rather than a panel change, a distinction worth understanding during planning rather than on install day.
Lighting design and LED retrofits. Retrofitting to LED cuts energy cost, and that's usually the reason people call. But the bigger win in most commercial spaces is a layout that actually suits the work being done in them, so we'd rather design it than swap fixtures one for one.
Commercial solar. We design and install solar for businesses, a full system or a supplemental one, depending on what your usage and your roof support. It's the same licensed electricians who do the rest of your electrical work, which matters more on a commercial building than most people expect.
Energy management. Where your energy is actually going, where it's being wasted, and what's worth changing. This is a walkthrough and an honest conversation, not a product we're selling you.
Scheduled maintenance and repairs. Regular maintenance is what prevents the expensive failure. We'll set up a schedule that fits your operation, and we're available for repairs in between.

Permits on commercial work
Same jurisdictions as residential. The electrical permit comes from Labor & Industries everywhere in the region except inside the City of Spokane, which runs its own electrical program, and the building permit comes from the city or the county separately. On a commercial project those usually sit on the general contractor's timeline. We pull our permit, schedule our inspection and meet the inspector.
